As with our Spirio Platinum and Gold Service Plan options, a Spirio-trained technician will tune your instrument to standard pitch, including any pitch adjustment as needed. The technician will then address concerns of touch, tone and calibration. Spirio calibration is highly specialized, and involves the regulation of electronic components to ensure performance accuracy. Each Spirio service visit will last approximately 2.5 hours.
