Our Gold Service Plan offers the same level of service as our Platinum Plan, but includes 2 tuning appointments. This plan ensures that your instrument will receive excellent care from our expert Steinway-approved piano technicians. As with our Platinum Plan, the technician will tune the piano to standard pitch, including any pitch adjustment as needed, and then address concerns of touch and tone. Depending on how often your piano is played and the temperature and humidity conditions of the location, the Gold Service Plan may be appropriate for your instrument — but consult with your technician after the first appointment. Each service appointment will last approximately 2 hours.
