Our Spirio Gold Service Plan offers the same level of service as our Spirio Platinum Plan, but includes 2 tuning/calibration appointments.
The Spirio catalog includes the very highest level of professional performances, acoustically captured directly from the artist — your Spirio should be maintained to the same high standard. This plan will ensure that your Spirio will receive excellent care from our Spirio-trained piano tuners. As with our Spirio Platinum Plan, the piano tuner will tune the piano to standard pitch, including any pitch adjustment as needed. The piano tuner will then address concerns of touch, tone and calibration. Spirio calibration is highly specialized, and involves the regulation of electronic components to ensure performance accuracy. Depending on how often your piano is played and the temperature and humidity conditions of the location, the Spirio Gold Service Plan may be appropriate for your instrument. Each Spirio service visit will last approximately 2.5 hours.
