We will assign a Spirio-trained piano tuner to service your instrument. Every appointment will begin with an initial assessment of the pitch, touch and tone of the instrument. Once an overall assessment is completed, the technician will tune the piano to standard pitch, including any pitch adjustment as needed. The technician will then address concerns of touch, tone and calibration. Spirio calibration is highly specialized, and involves the regulation of electronic components to ensure performance accuracy. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care and maintenance of your instrument. Each Spirio service appointment will last approximately 2.5 hours.
