We recommend the Platinum Service Plan for the absolute best care for your instrument. The plan includes 3 tuning appointments by a Steinway-approved technician, our best value! If your piano is used regularly each week, this is the optimal schedule to maintain peak performance. Every appointment will begin with an initial assessment of the pitch, touch and tone of the instrument. Once an overall assessment is completed, the technician will tune the piano to standard pitch, including any pitch adjustment as needed. The technician will then address concerns of touch and tone. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care and maintenance for your instrument. Each service appointment will last approximately 2 hours.
