Once you've completed your purchase of a Steinway Service Plan or One-Time Appointment, it's easy to schedule your first appointment! Just click the SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT button on your Order Confirmation Page (or from your order confirmation email), and you'll arrive at our scheduling home page.

From there, it's just a few quick steps to reserve your desired date and time, and then choose a piano technician from the available list. The piano technician will be alerted right away. Once they confirm the appointment, you will be notified via email.
